| Description | The Middlewich undertaking was established in 1854 by Deed of Settlement. The works were at Mill Field, Kinderton-cum-Hulme. In 1885 the area of supply was extended by Special Order to include Sproston, Newton, Sutton, Croxton, Ravenscroft and Stanthorne. In 1949 the undertaking became part of the Mid-Cheshire Group of the NWGB. This collection contains mainly administrative records including three minute books. There is also one salary book. |
