DescriptionThe Broadbottom Gas Co. Ltd was formed by Memorandum and Articles of Association in 1892. The company was incorporated in the same year. It was a very small works and served only 260 consumers in 1908. In 1949 it became part of the North Cheshire Group of the NWGB. This collection consists of four financial records.
